The third edition of Florence Heri-Tech will take place in Florence from 18-20 May 2022 on "The Future of Heritage Science and Technologies".
Florence Heri-Tech was born in 2018 from an idea of the DIEF, Department of Industrial Engineering of University of Florence and Florence Biennal Art and Restoration Fair to create a synergy between cultural heritage and new technologies; between business world and university world. The International Conference Florence Heri-Tech: the Future of Heritage Science and Technologies, involves a large number of researches and scholars from around the world and puts the industry's current issues under spotlight, specifically on issues related to innovative techniques and technologies for Cultural Heritage. Sessions will revolve around the following topics: Materials Science & Engineering; Architecture & Environment; European funds for cultural heritage; Cultural heritage microbiomes; and Geomatics for water-related cultural heritage.
