The Rijksmuseum and the Association for Historical and Fine Art Photography (AHFAP) will hold the third 2+3D Photography conference in 2019.
What role should photography take in the preservation of our cultural heritage? How are we going to deal with terabytes and image data? What is the added value of 3D content in the context of cultural heritage? The three day conference will feature speakers presenting the latest photographic techniques and applications, 2D and 3D colour management, standardised workflows, DAM systems, and studio management, alongside workshops involving studio practice and a trade exhibition with innovative companies displaying the latest technological digital developments. Issues regarding digital curation and the sustainability of image material will be discussed.
